Community Center (interior)
Our Community Center is a great facility for gatherings both large and small.  It can accommodate up to 110 people.  It is set up with 6 round tables (5' dia., seating 6-8 people each) and 5 rectangular tables (6'x2.5', seating 6 people each).  There are also 2 banquet tables (one 8'x2.5' and one 6'x3') for serving food, gifts, or other displays.  Extra chairs and up to 4 additional round tables are also available upon request.   The room size is approximately 55'x28'.

The facility includes a full kitchen, with stove, refrigerator, microwave, and two sinks for your convenience.  Appliances may be used for warming food items, but we ask that no cooking be done on-site.

The rental fee is based on the number of hours requested.  Village residents pay $40 for 4 hours or less and $75 for more than 4 hours.  Non-residents pay $90 for 4 hours or less and $125 for more than 4 hours.

Please note that the room may be rented to other parties, so allow yourself sufficient time for your event and set up/clean up when reserving the space.

Memorial Park's Shelter was originally built by the Howards Grove Lion's Club and donated to the Village for public use.  There is a large off-street parking lot to accommodate your guests, and a large kitchen and indoor grill area.  There are approximately 8 picnic tables inside the shelter, with additional tables outside, and bathrooms are located across the parking lot in a separate building.  There is a large variety of playground equipment to entertain the young or young-at-heart in your party.

Please remember that you are renting the shelter only, and other areas of the park, including the playground equipment, may be used by the public during your event.
